Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Chicago & Indianapolis

We are looking for individuals interested in pursuing a
career in sales. Individuals that have a
proven track record of being an overachiever, thinking outside of the box, are

Job Duties
• Identify
active and passive qualified candidates through a variety of avenues
• Cultivate
strong relationships with candidates to accurately identify skills, background,
and qualifications
• Evaluate
candidate qualifications to client requirements and identify matches
• Interview
candidates through phone and face to face interviews
• Solidify
non-negotiables in candidate’s search through detailed conversations
• Complete
all pre-employment processes including reference checks, running background
checks, and sending candidates to proper drug testing facilities
• Mentor
candidates through consideration process including interview and resume tips
• Work with
Senior leadership team to prospect new clients through the completion of sale
and to identify high potential growth accounts
• Work with
peers and communicate best practices as they are identified
• Manage
all placed contract candidates by regularly communicating expectations,
collecting weekly timecards, resolving any performance or disciplinary issues,
and any other task necessary to maintain a good working relationship
• Build
professional network through relationship building and continuous industry
knowledge acquisition
• Meet and
exceed all weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and metrics
• Provide
world class customer service to candidates and clients

Requirements
• Bachelor’s
degree in business, sales, or related field required
• Ability
to work earlier and later than normal business hours
• Experience
with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Have work
experience in a service sales or related industry
• Current
authorization to work in the United States for any employer required
• Proven
track record of high achievement
• Ability
to utilize computer and internet for research and recruitment
• Proper
business phone etiquette skills
